All suppliers working as Sub-Contractors on behalf of Galway County Council must present their current C2 card and a completed RCT46 form, in person, to a member of staff of Galway County Council.

The RCT46 form is available on the Revenue site at www.revenue.ie or from the:

If a supplier does not hold a valid C2 card, payment can be processed, but 35% of the total cost (incl. VAT) must be deducted for direct payment to the Revenue Commissioners.
