NOTICE

is hereby given that Galway County Council, as Harbour Authority for both Caladh Mor Harbour and Cora Point Harbour, Co. Galway, propose to make Bye-Laws pursuant to the Explosives Act 1875 for the conveyance, loading and unloading of explosives at Caladh Mor Harbour and at Cora Point Harbour, Co. Galway.

NOTICE

is also given that the Council intends to apply to the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform for sanction of the Bye-Laws in accordance with the Explosives Act 1875. A copy of the Draft Bye-Laws Galway County Council (Caladh Mor Harbour & Cora Point Harbour) Explosives Bye-Laws 2006 will be available for inspection at the following locations up to and including the 8th May 2006.

Galway County Council being the Harbour Authority for Cora Point Harbour & Caladh Mor Harbour in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 34, 38 and 39, of the Explosives Act, 1875, as adopted, hereby, with the sanction of the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform make the following Bye-laws for Cora Point Harbour & Caladh Mor Harbour.
