Ballinasloe Town Development Plan
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 12 (7) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 as amended, that Ballinasloe Town Council, proposes to make Amendments to the Draft Ballinasloe Town Development Plan 2009-2015
The proposed Amendments to the Draft Ballinasloe Town Development Plan are accompanied by information on the likely significant effects on the environment of implementing the proposed amendments which has been prepared in accordance with the Planning & Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations 2004.
Details of the proposed amendments to the Draft Ballinasloe Town Development Plan 2009-2015 and the information on the likely significant effects on the environment of implementing the proposed amendments may be inspected (each day excluding weekends and public holidays from 9.30am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm), from Friday 18th September, 2009 to Monday 19th October, 2009 at Civic Offices, Ballinasloe, and also at Ballinasloe Branch Library during normal Ballinasloe Branch Library opening hours.
Written observations and submissions in respect of the proposed amendments to the Draft Plan and the information on the likely significant effects on the environment of implementing the proposed amendments will be taken into consideration before the making of any amendment.
Written observations and submissions must be made before 4.00 pm on 19th October 2009 and should be addressed to The Town Clerk, Ballinasloe Town Council, Civic Offices, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway and marked ‘Submission – Amendments to the Draft Ballinasloe Town Development Plan’ or forwarded by fax to (090) 9642689 or by email to devplan@ballinasloetc.ie.
