Home Energy Savings Scheme
- SEAI offer funding under this scheme for root and wall insulation, high efficiency boilers and heating controls.
- Since 8th June 2010 a building energy rating (BER) is required after the works have been completed.

Greener Homes Scheme
The Third phase of the Greener Homes Scheme is now available and provides assistance to homeowners who intend to purchase a new renewable energy heating system for existing homes.

This SEAI funding programme provides funding to Community Based Organisations for the installation of energy efficiency measures in low income dwellings. The homes to receive the services are specifically identified by the Community Based Organisations.

Micro and Small Scale Generation Pilot
SEI is carrying out a pilot trial of around 50 micro and small scale generation installations throughout 2009. The pilot will provide support towards the installation costs of generators and will investigate a range of technical and regulatory issues surrounding the installation and operation of small and micro scale generation technologies. Finding from the pilot will provide information for parralel work in the micro and small scale generation programme.
This programme is suspended and is not accepting new applications.

This SEAI funded programme provides assistance for the deployment of renewable heating systems in industrial, commercial, public and community premises in Ireland. The programme is an expansion of the previous Bioheat Boiler Deployment Programme which supported woodchip or pellet boilers obly but has now expanded to include solar panels and heat pumps under the newly launched scheme.
