Certificate of Roadworthiness
With effect from the 1.1.1994, a Certificate of Road Worthiness is required on renewal of commercial / goods vehicles.
The vehicle testing scheme is set ou hereunder:
- Heavy Goods: Vehicles with a Design Gross Vehicle Weight of 3,501 kg and over must be tested every year after first year of registration.
- Light Goods: Vehicles with a Design Gross Vehicle Weight of 3,500kg and under must be tested every year after first year of registration.
- LPSV: Passenger carrying vehicles with nine seats and over.
