New Interface For Planning Query Search - Autodesk

Autodesk  is an interactive planning search facility. It enables internet users to view the location of planning applications on a map and access the details of that application via a link. It provides basic GIS functionality such as Zoom, Pan and Search. This system gives the user the flexibility to navigate around the county, to zoom in and out, to view different scales of mapping and to link to external data. It forms part of a complete planning search facility which links to the applicant details and all related scanned documentation. Users can zoom to the location they are interested in or they can search by Townland or Application Number. Information on surrounding applications can be accessed by clicking on the relevant application point.

Felling Trees

A new section has been added to the planning homepage which gives information and guidance as regards the felling of trees. Please click here to view.

Significant Further Information

When replying to a request for further information it should normally be specifically stated if the reply will contain information that will be regarded as significant further information and this being the case the applicant is required to advertise the lodging of the futher information and the erection of a site notice.  A draft newspaper advert and site notice are available by clicking on the links below.

If the further information request does not specify that the reply will be regarded as significant then the applicant should not re-advertise unless instructed to do so by the planning authority.
