 An invitation to participate in planning the future of Tuam

 Notice is hereby given that Galway County Council pursuant to Sections 19 and 20 of the above Planning and Development Act, 2000, as amended by Sections 8 and 9 of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act, 2002, Article 14 of the Planning & Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations, 2004, Article 6 of the EU Habitats Directive (92/43/EEC) and the EU Flood Directive 2007/60/EC has prepared a Draft Local Area Plan (LAP) 2011-2017, a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Screening Report and a Stage 1 Appropriate Assessment (AA) Screening report for Tuam.
