VARIATION NO 2( TO INCLUDE A WIND ENERGY STRATEGY ) TO THE GALWAY COUNTY DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2009-2015

Notice is hereby given that Variation No. 2 to the Galway County Development Plan 2009-2015 ( TO INCLUDE A WIND ENERGY STRATEGY) was made by Galway County Council on 26th September 2011 in accordance with Section 13 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000 – 2010, the Planning & Development (Strategic Environment Assessment) Regulations, 2004 and the EU Habitats Directive (92/43/EEC)

Variation No. 2 – Include a Wind Energy Strategy as Appendix 5 to the Galway County Development plan 2009-2015, amend Section 7.6, including objectives IS18 and IS19 and Maps IS1 and IS2, and amend DM Standard 25 in Section 9.7 of the Galway County Development Plan 2009-2015.
