Notice is hereby given that Galway County Council pursuant to Sections 19 and 20 of the above Planning and Development Acts 2000-2010, as amended, Article 14 of the Planning & Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations, 2004, Article 6 of the EU Habitats Directive (92/43/EEC) and the EU Flood Directive 2007/60/EC has prepared a Draft Local Area Plan (LAP) 2012-2018, a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Environmental Report and Natura Impact Screening Report for Athenry, click here to access public notice and draft plan documents
