Online Encylopaediae & Journals
Can’t get to the library? We provide access to the WilsonWeb free to Galway Public Library readers. This is an online database system that provides researchers and students with access to the contents of millions of articles published in a wide variety of periodicals. While not all journals covered in WilsonWeb have full text available, the system does provide full text articles for over 1800 of the journals and that it indexes. If you have a Galway Public Library card, use the barcode to access it

Galway loves its libraries. They enrich the lives of everyone in our community, regardless of age or economic circumstance.

All financial gifts are critically important to us, especially during these challenging times.

Your gift can be used to purchase new books, upgrade our equipment and facilities, fund new initiatives and projects, underwrite staff training, or for other expenditures
