Illegal Waste Collectors

Beware of illegal waste collectors operating in County Galway. It is illegal to collect waste without a permit and illegal to give your waste to an unpermitted collector.
Always ask to see a waste collection permit before you give your waste to any collector. Keep a record of the permit number and receipts. A permitted collector will have their waste collection available for inspection and if you are in any doubt check with your local authority.
