Notice is hereby given that Galway County Council, has adopted the Litter Management Plan 2019 – 2022 in accordance with Section 12 of the Litter Pollution Act 1997 for the purpose of the prevention and eradication of litter throughout County Galway, with effect from the 6th December 2019.
A copy of the Litter Management Plan is available at the offices of the Environment Section, Galway County Council during office hours, or can be viewed or down loaded from Galway County Council’s website www.galway.ie
