Important Planning Information during COVID19

Planning applications can be made by post only.
For submission of a very large application, please contact the Planning office by email or phone for an appointment.
For the duration of the Covid-19 emergency, some new exemptions have been introduced including:
- Planning in relation to restaurants and cafes providing takeaway and delivery.
- Provision of temporary health facilities including hospitals, isolation units and stepdown facilities.
- Statutory periods applying under the Planning Acts are paused. The pause period has commenced and is up to and including the 20th April 2020 (subject to extended duration if required).
- Applications that are still within the statutory period for receipt of submissions will have the benefit of the extra period for such submissions.
